It offers the opportunity to meet old colleagues and exhibitors coming from all over the world. Join us and enjoy the beautiful atmosphere at the venue.

Evening with classical music at the church in Warnemünde
Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 – included in the registration fee

After a short and relaxing walk through the old harbour with its busy fisher quays we reach the church of Warnemünde. Listen to organ music by well known composers such as Bach, Mendelssohn, Buxtehude and Miskinis and enjoy the historical atmosphere.

Just after the concert, those of you who like may join us for a light dinner at a traditional seafood restaurant nearby (not included in the registration).

For over a hundred years now, the church has been the focal point for the town, parish and congregation – a place of peace and of worship.

The maritime connection of the church is shown by a special votive ship model. Since the time this was donated, Warnemünde has rapidly developed into a major cruise port and more and more tourists from all over the world come to visit the church.

After an interesting day of scientific discussions and exchange, we will pick you up 08.00 pm at the “Hohe Düne” and take you on an interesting walking tour to the church.

This unique event is included in the registration fee. Please register right now don’t miss this opportunity!

Young Scientist Party
Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 – included in the registration fee

For a special feature, it might be fun to let your youngsters have a party.

That is probably the best way to became new contacts, meet and great and join the community and work it out at a special place in Warnemünde.

We will pick you up 08.00 pm at the “Hohe Düne” and take you on a cosy pub. Special – we shout 2 drinks for each participant!

Dinner Cruise

After a successful meeting day, you can enjoy a dinner cruise with the opportunity to see one of the fabulous breathtaking sunsets over the Baltic Sea.

The crew will welcome you aboard where you will enjoy typical maritime music, drinks and tasty German food. Use this opportunity to meet your colleagues from the conference chat and exchange professional opinions. 

We are looking forward to welcoming you aboard for an evening of unforgettable views. The cruise starts at 06:00 pm at the landing stage Hohe Düne, cruises around the harbour Rostock and returns to the landing stage Hohe Düne at 10:00 pm
